Equine Upper Respiratory Anatomy - 3D relationships by David Killpack

Medical and veterinary sciences are two fields in which understanding complex 3-dimensional structures and how they interrelate is critical to success. Artist David Killpack of Illumination Studios brings light to horses’ upper respiratory tracts with this 3D illustration. This particular image will be on display at this week’s Association of Medical Illustrator’s annual conference in Toronto, ON and is the recipient of the Ralph Sweet Award – Best of Show for 2009.
